Date Paste
Date paste is a semi-solid mixture that is prepared by first obtaining the best and highest quality dates, removing the pits, separating the skin from the dates, chopping them finely and uniformly, and then adjusting the moisture content of the product. After controlling the moisture percentage, which should be between 20 to 26%, this product is ground and stored as a paste.
Some dates, such as Kabkab dates, Shahani dates, Mazafati dates, and other dates, are processed into date paste using special machinery after going through the above stages.
Lamassu date paste
Lamassu bulk date paste is made from the best dates and due to low humidity, it has a long shelf life under normal conditions and can be stored outside the refrigerator for one year. Due to its easy malleability, this product can be packed in all kinds of cartons and containers. It can also be stored in containers made of polymer materials and aluminum sheets allowed for food.
